WHEAT flour (type “0”) 53.99%, sugar 16%, modified maize starch 9%, skimmed MILK powder 9%, whole MILK powder 5%, dextrose 2.5%, pasteurized whole EGG powder 2%, leavening agents: E341(i) 1.5% and E500(ii) 0.5%, flavourings 0.5%, stabiliser: E415 0.01%.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Shelf life: 24 months in the original unopened packaging. Store in a cool, dry place.
Once water has been added, the prepared batter must be used within 8 hours.
